Popular television stars Aamir Ali and Sanjeeda Sheikh will tie the knot today. The couple has been dating for
six long years and was going steady in their relationship. Both are very excited about their nikaah.The ceremony will take place at 7 p.m. at the Khar Gymkhana.
According to sources, "Sanjeeda will wear a bottle green-coloured `Pakeezah` style suit with silver embellishments", while "Aamir will wear a typical sherwani" for the D-day”.
The couple threw a pre-wedding bash for their television pals on Tuesday. Television queen Ekta Kapoor, Aamna Sharif, Jennifer Wingett with Karan Grover, Jay Soni, Kavita Kaushik, Rahul Mahajan and Dimpy, Bhagyashree and Himalay, Munisha Khatwani, Rohit Roy with Mansi Joshi Roy, Saumya Tandon, Kritika Kamra, Madhoo Shah, Rajan Shahi, Pooja Bedi, Ramesh Taurani with wife Varsha and Ashish Chowdhary attended the pre-wedding party.
On Wednesday night, a grand mehndi and sangeet ceremony was hosted where friends and family were present.
The popular faces spotted at the mehendi were Mithun Chakraborty, Hussain Kuwajerwala, Arshad Warsi, Arjan Bajwa, Pooja Bedi, Shama Sikander, Aamna Shariff, Mouni Roy, Shilpa Saklani and Sayantani Ghosh.
Sanjeeda and Aamir are popular actors of TV. Sanjeeda was seen in TV shows like ‘Kyaa Hoga Nimmo Kaa’ and ‘Kayamath’ while Aamir currently features in ‘FIR’.
The couple also participated together in dance reality show ‘Nach Baliye 3’.
