Very soon, two warring Khans of Bollywood are going to become neighbors. If we go by the latest report then Salman Khan has booked Rs 32 crore triplex flat at a stone throwing distance from Shahrukh Khan, his thick rival. Sallu has already paid over Rs 1.64 crore as stamp duty on the market value of the flat.
Its an under construction 28-storey building called The Address at Bandra Bandstand and it is not far from Galaxy Apartments, where Salman currently living with his parents Salim Khan and Salma Khan. The triplex extends across 9,763 square feet, including carpet, affiliated and parking areas.
Reportedly, Salman Khan’s father Salim Khan completed the deal but he refused to comment. The builder is Dheeraj Realty.
In September 2011, Salman had reportedly sold a ninth-floor flat, measuring 1,650 sq ft, in the 14-storey Sterling Seaface at Worli. The deal was for over Rs 6 crore. He is also looking for another buyer for another flat of similar size on the sixth floor of the building.
Hope, Sallu and SRK’s closeness wipe out their bitterness.
