Kat flew straight from Cuba to London to join the cast and crew of this untitled romantic saga.
The shooting of the YRF film reportedly began on Wednesday in London and a couple of shots were canned on the first day of the shooting. The London schedule is expected to last around 35 days.
An eyewitness revealed, "Shah Rukh has been taking extra care to ensure that Katrina is comfortable on the sets.
